Following vBNC’s successful migration from Bifrost-Kusama to Bifrost-Polkadot, we proudly unveil BNC Explorers—the second phase of the Liquid Wave campaign.

This stage empowers users to mint vBNC, engage with the ecosystem, and prepare for Bifrost Tokenomics 2.0 and step into the new era of Fee Switch.

Event Rules

Earn WAVE points through the following tasks to claim BNC rewards, convertible to bbBNC post-event:

1. Mint vBNC

   • Earn 5 WAVE per 1 vBNC minted.
   • 10% bonus WAVE for minting during Week 1.
   • Redeeming vBNC during the event deducts corresponding WAVE points.

2. Invite & Earn

   • Inviters receive 10% of their invitees’ minted WAVE points.
   • Example: If Alice invites Bob, and Bob earns 150 WAVE, Alice gains 15 WAVE.

3. Convert Raindrops

   • Exchange legacy Raindrops points for WAVE at 100:1 during the event.

4. Governance Participation

   • Voting on designated OpenGov proposals with vBNC unlocks an additional 10% minting bonus.

Rewards

There are three reward pools for this event, including the exclusive minting user pool, the WAVE leaderboard pool, and the invitation pool. All rewards will be settled in BNC.

Minting Pool

Users who mint vBNC or invite friends to mint vBNC can earn WAVE. Based on the number of WAVE held, users can farm rewards from the BNC prize pool. The more WAVE you hold and the earlier you participate, the more BNC rewards you will receive.

The total amount in the exclusive minting user pool is 20,000 BNC.

WAVE Leaderboard Pool

During the event period, the top 10 addresses with the highest WAVE holdings will receive an additional 10,000 BNC in rewards, as detailed below:

Invitation Pool

When users successfully invite others to mint vBNC, they will earn WAVE invitation points. After the event ends, users can exchange their invitation points for corresponding rewards. The total reward pool for the invitation pool is 10,000 BNC!

The reward a single address can claim is calculated as:

Reward = (Your Invitation points / Total invitation points) * Total reward pool

For example, if Alice invites Bob, and Bob successfully mints 30 vBNC, Bob will earn 150 WAVE, and Alice will earn 10% of Bob's minted points, i.e., 15 points. If the total invitation points generated are 1,000, Alice will receive 150 BNC in rewards.

bbBNC – Coming Soon

After the vBNC event concludes, the launch of bbBNC will follow. All vBNC stakers will be able to share in the profits of the Bifrost protocol.

Revenue Sharing is the core of Bifrost Tokenomics 2.0, which will redefine the value of BNC, provide real protocol profit support for bbBNC, and help the Bifrost protocol form a positive growth flywheel.
